• High precision and accuracy. Roundness < 0.01 mm.
• Chrome Hardness, HRC > 62°.
• Average Roughness, Ra - 0.01 - 0.005 micron.
• Roller surface hardness, HRC 55° - 60° , > 5 mm thickness.
• Even temperature across roll surface for heating or cooling roller, tolerance 1°C.
• Hydrogen entrapment releaving treatment for plastic sheet/profile production.
